A Limited Liability Partnership, or LLP combines the advantages of the Company and Partnership. In a LLP, unlike a partnership, one partner is not responsible or liable for another partner's misconduct or negligence. The liability of the partners, like that of the shareholders in a company, is limited. However, unlike corporate shareholders, partners have the right to manage the business directly.
