Leave and License
A Leave and License Agreement is a document by which the owner of a property, typically a flat or office premises, allows another person to use the property for a specified period of time, in exchange for a monthly license fee. The legal possession and ownership of the property remains with the owner. No legal rights of tenancy or possession are created thereby, and the document doesnt required to be registered.
